My stay at the hotel had some highlights, such as beautiful grounds and a fantastic pool area, but there were significant shortcomings. The room I stayed in was dated and poorly maintained, and service was inconsistent, leading to a frustrating experience overall. Despite the appealing location, I wouldn't recommend it until improvements are made.

I really wanted to love this hotel, being a Waldorf Astoria, but it was honestly underwhelming. The beach access is fantastic, but the service was lackluster and the rooms felt outdated. Overall, it seemed like the hotel wasn't quite living up to its luxurious reputation, which was disappointing considering the price we paid.
